Each of the layers were given a weight of (-1) for the analysis. </SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 11 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>The datasets were grouped into 5 subgroups: </SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 11 0;"><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;text-decoration:underline;"><SPAN>Natural Resources: </SPAN></SPAN><SPAN><SPAN>Coastal Zone, 100-year Floodplain, Delaware Ecological Network, Excellent Groundwater Recharge, Non-tidal Wetlands, Tidal Wetlands, and Wellhead Protection areas.</SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 11 0;"><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;text-decoration:underline;"><SPAN>Resiliency: </SPAN></SPAN><SPAN><SPAN>Coastal Inundation (3 foot scenario) and Flood Risk Adaptation Map.</SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 11 0;"><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;text-decoration:underline;"><SPAN>Agriculture & Forestry: </SPAN></SPAN><SPAN><SPAN>Agricultural Lands of Importance, Agricultural Preservation areas that expire before 2025, and Forest Lands of Importance.</SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 11 0;"><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;text-decoration:underline;"><SPAN>Limited Growth: </SPAN></SPAN><SPAN><SPAN>Areas not in county or municipal growth areas, DelDOT Corridor Capacity, Transfer of Development Rights (Sending Areas) and Areas East of Rt 1 in Kent County.</SPAN></SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 11 0;"><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;text-decoration:underline;"><SPAN>Miscellaneous Protection: </SPAN></SPAN><SPAN><SPAN>Corrections Facilities, Dover Air Force Base AICUZ areas and Accident Potential Zones.</SPAN></SPAN></P></DIV> |
